For the last few weeks I've been doing some scetches mostly of motorbikes. I've also been doing some 3D work. I made a dogs head from steel, led, lightbulbs, and some gears from a motorbike. I made 2 horses heads 1 from steel wire the other from led with some chickenwire as the hair. My uncle is a mechanic so he helped me get the parts I need. I just started welding them together for my finished piece.

For a week or two I was stuck on my original idea of horses in urban areas but couldn't come up with a concept for what I was doing. In my invirnoment people love their horses but lately theres been a new law passed so you cant keep a horse unless you have an acre of land so most of the lads bought cars,some bought motorbikes and some even bought jet skies to fill that void. So this week I combined animals(mainly horses) with automobiles(mainly motorbikes) and I am planning on doing some steel sculpture, I got my insperation from Andrew Chase and James Walker because they both bring a mechanical twist into their animal sculptures.

My Project

This week I have been taking pictures in my neighbourhood. I took pictures of everything from animals to people,houses to trees and banks to rivers. There are a lot of things that define my neighbourhood from others but I chose to talk about the horses because they are one of the only good things about the place. I have been taking pictures and skethching horses and im planning to do some 3D work. Thats as far as I've gone.
